It was the first time I have dined there and we stumbled upon this fine eatery on a day out to Deal from London. Great food. Very friendly staff and a very charming atmosphere to top it all. I would recommend Hey Hey to anyone wanting Authentic Chinese/ Malaysian food when visiting the area.

Not sure how this is a 4.2. Yesterday’s takeaway was one of the nicest we have had in ages. Everything was good. Front of house staff were lovely. Service was quick. Amazing range of vegan and gluten free options if that’s your thing. Can’t wait try again.

Had looked a this restaurant a few times when we visited Deal, and sorted out booking their dining room restaurant upstairs. Decor is lovely, staff are friendly and attentive, food matched up to expectations. Dim Sum sharing platter for starter. Deep fried pork belly slices, Ma-la beef, Chinese cabbage stir fry and Thai pineapple & chilli fried rice. Coupled with a bottle of Chapel Down Bacchus white and a small bottle of Japanese plum wine for dessert. A lovely evening and we will definitely visit again. Thanks to our waitresses and the gang in the kitchen from Darren.

Absolutely awful experience. The food was so bad that both me and my partner ended up throwing up before we even left the building. Everything tasted off, greasy, and clearly not fresh. The hygiene standards seriously need checking because no meal should make customers physically sick within minutes. Easily the worst Chinese takeaway/restaurant experience we’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.
