The room was dirty and extremely tired with mould, worn carpets and a broken bathroom suite. You are paying for the location and the view (which you needed to open the window for, as they hadn't been cleaned). Breakfast was ok but the cold buffet was non existant

JUST DO NOT STAY HERE. ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE WHEN THE OLD OWNERS WERE HERE . The staff were incompetent she even asked ME to help HER use HER card machine and do MY OWN payment. When she was handing me room key she said “is this the key to your room is it a 6 or 9” how am I supposed to know if that’s my room key??? Then the room we were given was not at all suitable in which I’ll give it to them they moved us into a nicer room however this was still an absolute tip. It was dirty, there was dirty mugs left out on the side, we think they use this room for themselves, there was damp wallpaper al

The showers are comunal on each floor, and are tiny and very old and basic. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The bedroom is terrible.
