From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff who made me feel valued as a customer. The restaurant was clean, tidy, and well looked after, with a relaxed environment that made it a great place to enjoy a meal. The food was excellent. Everything arrived fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavour. Eating area dirty with food and wrappers left under tables, bins overflowing, Fries were served cold and tasted of old oil, asked for fresh ones and got some that where hotter but still tasted greasy as oil needs replacing. Bins where overflowing, this was at 8.30pm so not even peak time, no excuse for it, would advise to avoid this place.

Took ages to receive food even though we had gone at half 8pm. Missed off burgers from order and also when we received the sprite it tasted like water. I had gone up to tell them they are out of syrup, to which the manager rolled her eyes, couldn’t be bothered changing the box of syrup and told her employee to remake it, it literally had tasted the same. The restaurant itself was dirty with trays left on tables even though it was quiet, there were wrappers on the floor and the floor was absolutely minging like no one has ever cleaned it. Unlike any McDonald’s I’ve ever known. Dirty and mucky. The floors are absolutely filthy. As though they’ve not been cleaned for many weeks. How this is the case I can’t understand. It needs to be sorted urgently. I’ve just edited this after about 2 weeks. It’s just as bad. I don’t think the floors have been cleaned for weeks. Two staff members were sitting in the customer area swearing profusely. No one seems bothered to tidy or clean or do anything. Terrible place.
