01.30 am. Cones are on the drive through, again! Delivery Drivers are picking up orders for delivery so I went inside the delivery drivers door and asked why there are cones on the drivethrough, he said he did not have enough staff to cover orders, not even a coffee yet there was about 4 staff cleaning and making orders for delivery, theres normally only two working a night shift anyway and they manage! Absolute Joke! Someone else just went in and was told the same and she now has to pay over £6 for delivery (of which the driver will get about £3.) Sounds like they are scamming people to make

Worst McDonalds in Liverpool, attitude of staff unbelievable. The only customer in the drive through and waited and waited to be served. Drove to window and nobody, then the second window. They then told me to reverse back. I was fuming and said been waiting 5 minutes to give order. Her reply was you only been waiting 30 seconds I could hear you. If she could hear me, then take my order. I went last week and got egg shell in my breakfast, but let that go, but not today. Shocking service. Training required urgently in this store.

Waited 20 minutes for so called fast food but to be honest it was really busy. I drove home with my sausage and egg muffin breakfast and a flat white coffee only to find that my muffin was not a muffin but my sausage and egg was sandwiched between what tasted like pancakes. It had raisins or currants in.The flat white was far too strong too. I couldn't be bothered driving back. What I do know is....I'll never be going back to any Maccies again. Absolutely disgraceful!!

Easily the worst maccies in all of Liverpool and possibly the worst in the country. They owe me about 100 apple pies and the food is always cold. They prioritise the take away apps rather than the customers in the shop. Gone are the days of when you used to go the drive thru and actually get your food out the window. All they say now is can you park up so we can bring it out half an hour later. Many times I’ve parked up and they’ve ‘lost’ my order and I’ve had to go in. The staff always get labels as being ‘dumb’ which isn’t always true but the ones who make my orders must’ve been dropped as a
