I ordered a mocha, but it was very disappointing. It tasted mostly like warm milk with only a slight hint of coffee, which is not what I expected at all. Additionally, I had to wait more than five minutes at the till while the staff were speaking among themselves in their own language instead of serving customers. This felt unprofessional and frustrating. I would suggest better training for staff, both in drink preparation and customer service, to improve the overall experience.
