Sam Yee★We ordered takeaway expecting an authentic Hong Kong-style experience based on the restaurant’s name, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The chef does not speak Cantonese, which already gave us a different impression. The fried noodles were disappointing — they tasted burnt and had visible blackened burny bits (炒燶咗）The roasted pork with rice was just average and didn’t resemble authentic siu mei at all. Overall, the food did not meet our expectations, and we won’t be returning.
