I got in touch with Krema on instagram to have a cake made for my friend as a surprise, as her boyfriend was proposing. They were so helpful and communicative, responding quickly and giving me lots of options/ help with choosing flavours and decorations! The cake was absolutely gorgeous, and soooo delicious!!! We went for the 4 inch tall cake, which was perfect and not a single drop went to waste as we ate it all. I will 100% be ordering any special/ celebration cakes from Krema. Had a custom made cake for my Grans 80th and it did not disappoint, and It tasted as good as it looked which is hard to get these days. There were many compliments. Will be using Krema Bakehouse for any future cakes (I will be making excuses just to get cake). Both the customer service in shop and communication via email was great, very helpful (and patient whilst we decided as lots of good flavours to choose from).
