Each dish beautifully presented, alongside a cocktail accompaniment. Gwynn was our server, who was attentive, polite and extremely knowledgable about each dish, its history and legacy, and why it was on our menu today. Also explaining with confidence the flavours and associated cocktail mixes to accompany them. Each dish was superb and unique, which I guess (and sounds churlish) was only let down by the dessert a tad? No fault and nothing wrong with it at
