Colleen Gardener★My daughter ordered a butter croissant, and what arrived was an Almond croissant. Had she been allergic to Almond, it would have been very serious. She messaged the driver who said to contact the store. There is no number to contact the store, so I drove there to have it exchanged for something else. When I explained the severity of what could have happened through their negligence, the staff didn't seem too bothered by it. Just very unfazed, as if they just forgot to put caramel sauce in a latte order. The staff REALLY need to be trained/retrained on the severity of allergies! Yes, I did get
Lioness★Really disappointed with this Costa asked if they had any more sandwiches to be told "Sorry they were all out" so selected what was available to make do However, just as we started eating, a staff member restocked all the sandwiches. On speaking with the BM in charge, we were told it was probably because they were busy! We just felt insulted and not a valued customer at very least they could have waited until we had left before restocking after saying that they had no more sandwiches... Thankfully we were on holiday and this is not our local Costa
