What an inspirational place. Incredible history, ethos and commitment to excellence! Amazing experience exploring the factory and museum with the inspiring archivist Sarah. Lovely cafe, and dangerously gorgeous shop, impossible to walk away without something - especially after seeing the full process, from bale to final product! A brand new appreciation for cashmere! Very interesting place to visit. So much history. I recommend taking the tour thru the facilities. Really brings to life what goes into making everything. The cafe is an added treat, where the food and drinks were excellent

The tour around the mill was a real pleasure. The tour guide was friendly and we got a close-up look at wool processing and the machinery. Unfortunately the luxury items in the shop were too expensive for us. The cafe at the back was charming.

Retail shop selling very expensive cashmere. Only once a year do you get a factory shop sale of all the seconds etc. Lovely cafe with friendly staff. Not a bad car park for your Aston Martin to break down in🙄
