Staff is always outstanding and food is always great. Me and my little one love to come here often on weekends to have a little lunch. I am always impressed with the people consistently being super friendly and so kind towards my girl. Highly recommended of course.

Girl at the tilt on 28.04.26 at 14:50 had more interest in her friend that came to visit chatting instead of customers. Poor barista was making drinks and called her about 3 times so that I could pay. Finally she apologised TO HER FRIEND instead of me and no hello, no sorry, nothing, as if she was making a sacrifice allowing me to pay. Absolutely appealing service.

My favourite Pret! Lana, Bruna, Anna, Jamie and all the team such a nice bunch. Quick service, lovely coffee and sandwiches, and generally just a lovely atmosphere. My go to place for lunch in Epsom.
