The service here was amazing and I walked in without booking ahead of time and was still able to get a table. The exterior is top notch, when you walk in it feels like you’re in a different world. Whoever designed this should be proud of themselves. However, though the service was amazing I wish there was more variety on menu with vegetarian/vegan options. I had the Adas mezze (lentils soup) as starter honestly if I got rice or bread with it that would’ve been enough to fill me up. Never miss a chance to enjoy such an amazing delicious meal at this hidden gem, we were greeted by our amazing hostess ليكسى, who was so lovely, welcoming and super friendly, the decorations was very authentic, and was very nice to enjoy the AC at such heat wave, the food was super delicious, fresh, full of taste and aromas, made with love and care, the lamb tagine is a must to enjoy the real authentic taste of Morocco, it came bubbling hot, and meat was just melting off the bones, we also had the delicious chicken samosa and Tavak shish, which was very yummy with coscos. A very enjoyable lunch. I've not eaten Moroccan food before. My tagine of meatballs arrived bubbling hot, with delicious aromatic rice. Very atmospheric seating. Very good service. If you want a different dinning experience in Exeter give Al-Farid a go.
