We were treated to brunch on Fathers Day and will dwfinabe back. All 3 meals were delicious. I had the fisherman's brunch 😋 and absolutely loved it. My daughter is celiac and this was noted c and adhered to with the amazing chicken and avocado salad. She loved the fact she could get GF breaded chicken. Service was seamless despite them having g had a very busy breakfast time . Staff were all helpful and full of smiles . We were checked on a number of times that we had drinks, food was ok and we were happy 😊

We booked a table for 6, it had a lovely marina view. Everyone ordered different meals and every single one was thoroughly enjoyed. I’d recommend visiting hungry as the portions are very generous! The service was prompt from start to finish. We also brought along our nine-month-old puppy, who was made to feel incredibly welcome and received lots of fuss from the staff. The doggy station with blankets and treats was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. It was truly service with a smile throughout the whole visit, and we’ll definitely be back again soon.

Popped in to try brunch now The Point is under new ownership. Super impressed. Lovely atmosphere, great service and the food was tremendous. I had the fishermans brunch which was exceptional and my husband was really pleased with the breakfast burrito. Really worth popping in. Its dog and chikd friendly. Has taken top spot for my favorite local breakfast/brunch spot.

Location is great but don’t order a cocktail! £16 for two and the man behind the bar took out two premixed cans from a mini fridge, gave us two coupe champagne glasses and told us to pour in our ourselves 🤣 never mind that the cocktails we ordered were long and needed to be served over ice. Just bizarre. And if you buy them individually it’s £10 a cocktail! Totally scandalous. Staff are inept and didn’t seem even slightly embarrassed at this. Worst cocktail experience I’ve ever had. A funny story though.
