I am there a very often to buy coffee, last Sunday place wasn't too crowded, 3-4 staff members there joking looking at you like on enemy, whispering smth and laughing at customers, heard some not nice joke about lady in dress there. I was like okay not best ppl without basic professional behavior and manners, but things got even worse when i paid attention how the coffee is made, guy took cup for my coffee and he held the cup with one finger outside of the cup and put three dirty fingers in to my cup. Absolutely disgusting. How it is possible that staff not using basic gloves while making coff

Quick and polite professional service with easy dedicated parking. Handy as on the edge of the retail area and atmosphere is bright and airy which should suit a lot of people. Got order within 3 minutes and was out straight after. Would use this particular store again.

I usually don’t complain since I worked many years in hospitality but the service today was awful. I ordered a herbal tea on the app as I entered the store. This took 14 minutes to be served to me while people who ordered at the register after me were served. My tea was only prepared by Chris when I eventually moved to go ask if there was an issue with the printer or if my order hadn’t gone through as I’ve never had to wait 14 minutes for even a coffee in Starbucks before, especially when it wasn’t even busy.
