Had a fantastic experience at Fuel. The food was excellent and full of flavor, and the pork belly was especially delicious — perfectly cooked, tender, and definitely a highlight of the meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, with efficient service throughout. Prices were reasonable, and everything felt very well done. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again!

We really enjoyed a meal here at lunchtime, choosing the Philly Steak sandwich and the Smoked Haddock and Cod Fishcakes (pictured). Both were delicious and good value. Service and atmosphere were excellent, and a special call out to Tina who was running the kitchen on her own! We knew we were into a winner when the people on the table next to us were singing the praises of the food to us just as we arrived! 😁 They weren't wrong!

The food here is generally excellent. We visited twice and had the same experience. Friendly welcome. Order taken promptly. Long wait for the food to appear even when not busy (took about 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive). Food well worth the wait (with one exception- the potatoes in the otherwise absolutely delicious seafood chowder was almost totally raw. Never eaten potato so undercooked in my life. I left it, it was impossible to eat. Not sure how it is even possible to get small chopped potatoes so undercooked and not notice!!). Apart from that the seafood chowder was extremely delic
