Recently popped in to support my local Trago after the news it could be closing. We went to see the hoist at the Hoist Viewing Area. To my dismay, they have now completely blocked the view of the hoist. Complete outrage. You can now only view from the Crows Nest cafe (which you need to pay to use). This Pay to View culture is disgusting. I ask Trago to reinstate the viewing area fully or I will be going to my local MP. This Cornish piece of heritage should NOT be put behind a pay wall!

What can I say. I needed to get some rugs from Trago to match a previous purchase. I rang the rug department with my request. The lady ( I did not ask her name) who dealt with me was amazing. She took my details and said she would let me know when they were next in stock. Much to my amazement I received a call two days later saying they had arrived. Not only were the items wrapped up and put aside for me the whole process was a pleasure. The rugs are exactly what I requested and the customer service was above and beyond. So it's five stars from me on every level. Keep up the great work T
