Ordered a latte for early morning wake up, didn’t know I was getting porridge aswell. This McDonald’s needs to be seriously looked at. As I usually use the switch island maccies with no issues. Came here this morning, drove off from drive through 5minutes go by take a sip of this monstrosity, before I know it I’ve got a mouth full of chunked up milk. I have now been ill ever since. Tried to make a complaint on the app and this is no use either. Disgraceful.

Food was nice but was missing a Big Mac, fries and 4x nuggets. Much quicker to get food and not parked up as usual. New system of app ordering seems to be working. Difficult to read receipt/order with new Grinch Meal however which is the reason items were missing.

Disgusting place. Litter everywhere, inside and outside. They don't clean their tables. Staff are rude. Don't bother ordering table service as they expect you to still get you your food yourself. Oh and also check what they actually have, I have ordered items off the menu before only to be told 10 minutes later, they don't have it, they offer a refund via card or cash, take the cash. If you take the card, then you might find they never actually refunded you. Oh and they never wear their masks properly, it just seems they like to keep their chins warm. My advice is... Stay clear of here. Here a
