As others have said the location is great but some of the staff could improve from a customer service perspective. When providing a complimentary replacement drink when the first one was cold it was indicated that the customer should go and get it themselves. A little more effort wouldn't go a miss. Maybe they could do with going on a customer service course, or a refresher course.

I use this cafe regularly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They take particular care of people with particular needs. The filter coffee is great, and the staff ensure that brew is fresh . The food generally is good, but Starbucks HQ has an irritating habit of withdrawing my favourites. Still, this remains my morning cafe of choice.
