To say this is the best Italian I've found since returning from Rome is an understatement. The food was excellent the carbonara was 10/10. Bella Vita was wonderful. The staff were friendly and attentive, whilst clearly having a good atmosphere working with eachother. All the pasta dishes could all be made gluten free by swapping the actual pasta with gf penne, and the pizzas can all be put on gf base (which unlike other places, is the same size as the non GF base) and my partner said he couldnt tell the difference between gf and a non gf. Family bank holiday weekend trip to Folkestone. We had been on the beach all day and everyone fancied pizza for dinner. We googled the place, no booking but they squeezed us in. Totally fantastic over the top decor. This was hands down the best pizza I have EVER tasted. I don’t think I will be able to eat pizza from elsewhere again and feel satisfied.
