So pathetic! It ruined our dinner and mood, I’m extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. I came in tonight with my family for Iftar, and I’ve been a loyal customer — and a friend — for over 10 years. That history should count for something. When we raised a simple concern about one piece of rib missing from the family platter, instead of addressing it respectfully, we were told to “check the CCTV” as if we were being dishonest. Absolutely awful experience. When I called the restaurant, the manager was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. I was treated with zero respect, and after that behaviour they don’t deserve anyone’s money. I didn’t get my dinner, I didn’t get any help, and the way they spoke to me was unacceptable. This place is a disgrace. Avoid it terrible service, missing items, and aggressive staff.

One particular staff is very rude. Can’t take comments relating their food and customer service is really poor. Kebab is ultraprocessed, doesn’t look like meat at all instead it was rubbery. We’ve been going to this place for years. But since the management has changed, our recent visit will also be our last.
