Such a sweet spot in Fulham. A bit of a hidden gem if you aren’t a local. Not only is the whole facility just great fun to walk around but the cafe section is a great little oasis and the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. I come in frequently with my dog and every time the staff are so friendly and welcoming. A good selection of pastries and the ice creams in summer are also a must to try. Would highly recommend if passing through the area!

⸻ £3.90 for a macchiato and an absolutely shambolic experience. It took 10 minutes to get a basic coffee in an empty shop, which says everything about how badly this place is run. The real low point was the staff—openly arguing, visibly irritated with each other, and even throwing things behind the counter. It felt more like walking into a workplace meltdown than a café. Completely uncomfortable and deeply unprofessional. If you’re charging premium prices, at least deliver basic competence. There are far better places nearby that manage to serve coffee without the chaos. Avoid.
