First time visiting the Nando’s branch at Fulham Broadway. I’ve been to my fair share however from the welcoming by our lovely hostess Ish to my meal. Everything was done perfectly. I ordered a half chicken -well done. It came as that and saucy at the same time. No faults with this Nando’s. If you want good customer service and a delicious meal I recommended visiting this branch. 10/10 thank you!

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful after a colleague had knocked over the peri peri sauce and made it smash into pieces on my children, their clothing and on the table and leather faux seats. She paraded past us despite us telling her what had happened and went to serv others as though we did not exist. The staff who done it apologised, but needed help to clean up, so we had to move ourselves to another table and puck up the glass and shake it of their clothes. Very disappointed with my visit. The staff specifically long tall boy unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping customers. I had to wait a long time for assistance, and when I asked about my order, the response was dismissive. Customer service needs significant improvement. I won't be returning to this branch. Poor customer service. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and the overall experience was disappointing. Expected much better.

All the workers were really nice & attentive & paid attention, they came to our table to make sure everything was alright with the food, everyone was smiling and when I ordered for us, ‘Tigi’ particularly was amazing, helped me with every question I had & helped me decide the best drink possible for my meal, I’m glad I listened, because it blended well together when eating, They all need a raise & promotion, but her the most!! Great customer service! Will come back when I’m ever in Fulham.
