Ree★★★★We went to Sukho for dinner and had a really enjoyable evening. It’s a busy spot with a lively atmosphere — it can get quite loud, so I’d recommend booking ahead. We ordered a big spread to share: fishcakes, prawn toast, grilled chicken and prawn skewers, and duck spring rolls. The spring rolls and grilled meat were especially good, though the fishcakes you could probably skip. For mains we had prawn panang curry, green chicken curry, prawn pad thai, coconut sticky rice, and morning glory green beans. Everything was fresh and tasty — lovely food all round. We always greet by friendly staff and I love the Thai traditional interior of the restaurant. Each time of my visit I will try something different. This afternoon I ordered grilled prawns as starter and Fried egg noodles with soft cell crab tempura as main. The food was delicious and the garnish was great. Jean Valjean★★★★★Went for lunch the second time today, also served by a friendly Thai waitress. The decor, the food and service reminded us of the great experience we’ve had from our many visits to Thailand. We did a la carte last week and tried the linch sets today. Great value for money. The dim sum (dumplings) appetisers were more Chinese but very delicious. The Tom Ka Gai coconut chicken soup was very authentic. So was the Pad Thai. Each set was just £15.90 plus VAT. We’ll try the fish and curry next time. It’s going to be our regular joint.
