Went to go for the advertisement of £5 as it’s under new management so it’ll be nice to check it out. They advertised signature pizza for £5 and when I went to order the lady at the counter said this is for classic only. I showed her the leaflet attached below and she said sorry it’s only for classic. This is false advertisement. Why advertise for something that is invalid. Happened today 18:57 19th October

Made an order last week. Me and my friends waited an hour so we rung up to get an update. When we called they said that the pizzas hadn’t even started yet and that there was a ‘glitch’. we was then told they would start making it and would give an extra bottle of drink which seemed fair enough. Another hour goes past and still nothing, so we called up again asking for a refund. They said they would give a refund and still send the food. Was told it may take a couple days to come through. We still ended up waiting another half hour before the pizzas hadn’t even actually turned up. A week goes

Had a great experience at Fireweb Pizza Chatham! The food is absolutely delicious, especially the pizzas you can really taste the quality. The BBQ Boss pizza is a must-try, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Also, the strips are really good, crispy and tasty. Overall, great service and amazing food. Definitely coming back again!

Tried, on a Wednesday, to order for delivery using their own app as suggested. Order was cancelled after 10 mins with no reason and informed that it would take 3-5 days for our money to be refunded. Phoned the restaurant to be told the order was cancelled as they were so busy. Decided to drive 20 mins there and collect ourselves. On arrival the restaurant was empty with the one employee looking at his phone! Restaurant was dirty with food on the floor and tables although the kitchen looked clean enough. Pizza was ready in 15 mins and quite good but we won't be using again
