Had a good experience every time I have been here. Quick service and get reasonably priced. Good cocktail list and very good value. Shout out to the negronis. Nice vibe about it and close to the tube station so handy to get to. Will be back.

Haven’t tried the food so cannot comment, nicely poured Guinness in my experience, studentie place n nae the guid kin. I’m sure it appeals to people who aren’t me though and the service was good so if you think you’ll like it, you probably will.

I've been going to the Sparkle Horse on and off for years. In they days they sold food the staff were spot on.... Lovely, helpful and really friendly. Recently that's had a bit of a down turn. Don't get me wrong some of the staff are still great but others don't really seem suited to the job (slow to serve and a air of superiority/can't be bothered... The latter made me laugh a bit). Anyways, I love the actual pub and will still go but not so ready to recommend to others anymore.

Can’t believe I’ve not left a review for this place! One of my favourite pubs in Glasgow. Staff are always really friendly and they have a really good selection of drinks. The place could do with a little love but maybe that’s part of the character!
