I was walking through Gloucester Quays with Gilbert, my friend, who just happens to be a giraffe 🦒. We were both in need of refreshment and noticed the Bake & Brew establishment, with its "dogs welcome" sign. I enquired if this also applied to Gilbert and they indicated that all animals of the non-bitey type could enter. One small problem was poor Gilbert was too tall to fit through the door. The helpful and friendly staff mentioned that a local builder 👷‍♀️ would be sought to carry out the necessary door heightening. Thanks ladies.
