The coffee and pastries are good, but they seem to have cut back on staff even on busy weekends, so not just the tables and floor but even the chairs are dirty. I had to wipe them clean before we could sit down or get someone else's snack on my trousers. This is the last few times. Please start cleaning more, I want to be able to enjoy sitting in.

Yesterday at around 4:00pm, I visited the Cornish Bakery with my wife. I ordered a hot chocolate, which was unfortunately cold. I politely asked the male staff member who made it (brown hair, wearing a gold chain, whom I heard other employees refer to as “George”) if it could be remade, explaining that it was cold. The same staff member had also made a coffee for my wife, which did not taste pleasant and was very weak, more like watered-down coffee than a proper drink. He responded with an attitude and insisted that it was not cold. I then sat back down and observed him simply add hot milk to
