I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences at my local Starbucks. The team is always so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. The store is always clean, the drinks are consistently made perfectly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. A special mention to my friend Gaile, who is an absolute star. Overall, not a great experience at this Starbucks. I wanted an iced green tea, especially given the weather was over 20°C, but was told this branch doesn’t offer it. I then tried to use my Starbucks app to order a hot green tea instead, only to be told they don’t accept Starbucks Rewards points either. What was most disappointing was the customer service — the staff member simply responded with, “Not my fault, I just work here.” A little more professionalism and customer care would have gone a long way.
