“Friendly, stylish cafe with amazing great value food”

My first time here. Two of us had the small breakfast and one of us had cake. Both were very nice. The hot chocolate was lovely. Only thing that let it down was that there were a lot of children there and they were very noisy so much so that it was difficult to hear what we were talking about. It's nice to see families out,but it really was too noisy

I was extremely disappointed with the vegan sausage hot sandwich I ordered here. For £6.50, I was expecting something more than two slices of basic white bread with a few sausages thrown inside. The presentation was uninspired, and the sandwich itself was bland, with no effort made to add any flavor, texture, or creativity (like sauces, greens, or caramelized onions). It felt overpriced and lazy—something I could have made at home for a fraction of the cost. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very nice food however had to wait 40 minutes for jacket potatoes, in this time I had drunk my tea as it would have gone cold and had to order another. I noticed the food arrival of other tables was also very slow and it wasn’t overly busy for there to be a delay with the food.

Lovely place in Gravesend. The food is amazing, the staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is ambient. You need to book beforehand, but they fit my friend and I in for a couple of hours. I will definitely be eating there again.
