Today I visited this subway and was reassured that the bread was fresh. Tasted stale and if the bread was actually fresh then it would not tear apart like this. Be honest with your customers and stop giving false information. Now how am I supposed to eat this open sided sandwich???

Really disappointed. Ordered a sub and it was not properly cooked at all. The bread was wrong, the filling was rushed, and the whole thing was a mess. Basic quality control is clearly not happening at this location. Won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Sort it out.

Avoid! I ordered (10/12/2024) a BMT footlong meal deal on deliveroo - I received Tuna. As someone with a seafood allergy, If I hadn't smelt the fish first, this would have killed me. Couldn't even get a proper refund of deliveroo, absolutely insane

I came in at 07:30am and on the entrance it says 07:30 as soon as I opened the door the staff said that it’s closed and it opens at 8am I told him that on the door it says 07:30 he said 8am for online order but I told him I was here so why would I online order and why he said it was closed without knowing my intention he was not in the mood to work was on the call the whole time even why taking my order I understand it’s early and he just started but I expect a better service from Subway
