I visited KFC today at around 12:30 PM and had a bad experience. I asked for help from the black lady on counter that time with the student popcorn fries deal but was left waiting for about 10 minutes. When I returned with the Student Beans app ready, the staff member took my phone and submitted a five-star review and comment without my consent, which was very unprofessional. She also logged into a KFC system on my phone instead of properly checking my student code. On top of this, I was only given popcorn, even though the deal includes fries as well. Visited KFC Halifax today and honestly had a really good experience. Harris, Sucharitha and Wasih were all friendly, polite and made the whole place feel welcoming. Service was quick, food was fresh and everything was handled professionally even though it looked busy. You can tell the staff actually care about customer service. Definitely one of the better KFC experiences I’ve had recently.

Lazy... Before you drive off when you use the Drive Through ensure they have given you your sauces, a spoon to eat your beans with and a few tissues. If you do not check you will not get them. Pure lazyness.
