Delivery was stone cold frozen almost £18 never again. Dog had 3 patties. I had to open a tin of soup. Do NOT RECOMMEND if I could give 0 stars I would customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Almost £40 this week on 2 frozen cold deliveries. No help at all. Do not use #justeat either! Useless.

They always have only a fraction of the menu. If I order, they probably don't have half of it. Last week there was no Diet Coke or Diet Fanta, no Big Tasty, no Mini McFlurrys except Biscoff. The Galaxy has been out for weeks! They need to get their stock ordering and supply sorted out.

Found some lettuce down the side of the handbreak still green but felt likd plastic is it lettuce? Even the chips don't decay absolute crap.

Normally I'm optimistic about getting food from a fast food place button be 100% honest with you this particular branch for breakfast is the worst experience I've had with McDonald's. During the day and when orders are from the main menu it's fine but with the breakfast orders it's downright awful. I have had this issue before but this morning was an absolute joke, ordered a breakfast wrap without ketchup, eggs or bacon with a hash brown, should've been quicker to make right? Nope, took 15 to 20 minutes meanwhile nobody else was in at all even in the drive through. It really shouldn't take 20
