Went through the Drive-Through and ordered a wrap meal. There was a small mistake and I was given a burger instead. When highlighting this, the team resolved this issue in a very professional manner and fairly quickly. Please pass any kudos to them for me, especially Jesse. (Hopefully I've remembered his name!) We ordered two drinks—one was fine, but the other tasted absolutely terrible. When we approached the staff to explain the issue, the manager, Arun, told us we would need to pay again for a replacement. This response was very disappointing and not what we expected. Situations like this should be handled with better customer care. If a product is clearly not up to standard, customers shouldn’t be asked to pay again for a replacement. Despite its prime location, this coffee shop falls short. Contrary to its 'Canada's Favourite Coffee' claim, the counters are often unmanned. The atmosphere lacks the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the cozy ambiance of competitors like Costa. Furthermore, the dirty and poorly maintained washrooms were a letdown. Overall, this coffee shop feels lifeless and fails to deliver the warm experience one expects.

Square metal box, standard. Probably the best ice coffee from the fast food chains, low bar but it was got and I'd been climbing so went down well. The upsold special coffee blend was definitely not worth it.
