Lovely,clean place with lots of tables and delicious food! I've always been a fan of golden M but recently got fed up and decided to try KFC which is just over the road.I didn't disappoint! We've came here on a very hot day to start, around 1pm, continue to order our food via the order screens & order our meals. Then realising there are NO (There version ) of Ice cold milkshakes to order (which we came for!) & NO ice creams to order!!! Just the same plain old drink menu...... Then to top it off, no Paper Receipts?? Either there stock taking is absolutely useless or just plain old laziness with staff? I don't get it??? Other than this the actual food was good as usual. But when it's been overly hot weather for days now! You'd expect them to be topped up with these items really ?

Yet again another KFC let down. food sat on the side getting cold, Why food Deliveries took priority then it was like the cashier remembered our food and called our number after 15mins of waiting

The fries were reheated, my salad was so bad mix of new and old leaves. The chicken wasn't fresh and it seems like it had been cooked ages ago...we had a family bucket but barely ate our meal... there was no 1.5l bottle of drink so we were given 4 glasses of sprites. There was no forks so we tried to eat our salad with a spoon... the experience was just awful... the place needs re decorating... it's old and I would not let it pass the health and safety compliance requirements will fail this establishment to keep a KFC restaurant open! This needs to be looked at in details... it should not be
