We visited the Toby Carvery Waterside earlier today like we’ve done many times before. We were really looking forward to our meal. The restaurant itself was very quiet, with only a handful of tables occupied. We were greeted and seated by a friendly male member of staff, who clearly explained the set menu options and told us we could head up to the carvery station whenever we were ready. Kelsey was the one taking care of us and our meal today, she was very efficient and polite and informative about the 25% discount for signing up with the app. The atomosohere was quiet and pleasant and the view from the window as per Kelseys suggestion was enjoyable. I’d 100 come back again food quality was great too.

Here again tonight! We love this place. You can't beat it. I'm very busy with my growing business so it's handy just to call in with the family inbetween clients at meal times. The food is always bang on. The service is second to non! We are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from the team, Kelsey, Jen, Kim or Colin and welcomed by the other members as soon as they see us. Today i took my client out for food who is disabled. Our lovely server Meg was lovely from the start. She was really accommodating to my client and had a lovely character. She kept checking upon us if everything was okay (everything was perfect) My client also likes to thank Meg. U have been amazing
