I had a fabulous dine-in experience at Jalsagor Restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and the overall service was amazing. A special mention goes to the food runner with a beard — he was my favourite staff member. He was very professional, humble, and had excellent communication skills, which really enhanced our dining experience. The other staff members were also very good, friendly, and attentive, along with the owner, who made sure everything was well managed. I would definitely recommend Jalsagor for great food and outstanding service.

Visiting Hereford for the weekend and decided to order from Jalsagor. The food was delicious, great size portions best curry I’ve had in a while. We ordered online, directly with the restaurant and collected within 20 minutes. Parking is tricky when collecting but my husband waited outside and didn’t need to wait long as it was ready when I arrived. If we visit again we’ll definitely order again.

Ordered from here for the first time this evening. Not a good experience. They forgot my sister's naan bread completely and the korma was really watery and had barely any flavour. Will not be going back here for a second try. I should not have to remember to check my food before I leave a restaurant to ensure my order is complete and up to standard.
