We didn’t even order, as soon as we stepped in it was not a good experience.. tiny poke in the wall, guy standing behind broken glass counter… 1star, can’t believe health board hadn’t closed it down. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.. do better

Food standards have dropped from what they used to be, cold dry not crispy duck, salt and pepper prawns overloaded with sugar?! Had to drive back to get a refund no apology until I said I will leave a negative review! Stay clear! There’s a better Chinese not far in Hounslow.

Paid almost £30 for an order. Asked for chilli oil after i paid, but had no change to pay 90p. The refused to give me even a small pot of chilli oil depsite paying almost £30 for food. Poor customer service. Not good for retaining any customer. Food quality has gone down hill. Food temperature was not hot either. Will not be returning to chungs, but instesd will be going to the other chinese down the road which has been recommended by numerous other people as a far better choice.
