I came here 1st April and I don't know why I haven't been before or why its taken this long to come here! I didn't rate the atmosphere as I only came for a takeaway! The food is priced VERY REASONABLY for what I'd bought. The waiting time was good and you can literally watch them cooking your food from scratch as it is an open kitchen. I can't remember the burger I got; but I remember it had a grilled beef patty (on their hotplate), fried caramelised onions, lettuce, gherkins (pickles), turkey rashers - I asked them to put onion rings in it. Had a great experience at Phat Bite in Chigwell! The food was fresh, tasty, and full of flavour. Everything we ordered was cooked just right – especially the mixed shawarma , which were juicy and well-seasoned. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the portion sizes were generous too. The staff farho if I am not wrong sho is really nice, friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made sure we were looked after and happy with everything. Overall, a great spot for a delicious meal with top-notch service. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

I saw a mixed reviews of good and bad from here and I decided to try the food! Phat bite did not disappoint. I ordered a takeaway online. I ordered chicken wings, mixed doner, lamb wrap and the Philly cheese steak I believe it’s called ? The food was still hot and fresh. It was delicious. The chicken wings were juicy and big! Absolutely delicious! The burger was juicy and packed with flavor, cooked to perfection with fresh toppings. The doner was tender, well-seasoned, and had just the right amount of char. And the chips—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—were the perfect side. Everything was hot, fresh, and generously portioned. Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had. Highly recommended!
