The cutest cafe. I couldn’t decide between two options so I asked the lady behind the counter and she was very helpful in describing that one option has more sauce vs the other doesn’t and offering her favourite when inquired about. It was definitely a 10/10 choice, the chicken and chorizo sandwich (toasted) is served on the crispiest most delicious bread and you get a good decent portion for 6.65£. I would definitely go back to try some more of the food. The atmosphere was lively and there’s more seating space inside where you can enjoy the sun from the sunroof. The staff were friendly!

I visited during my lunch break today and was really impressed. The food tasted incredibly fresh and had a lovely homemade feel. I ordered the harissa hummus baguette with tabbouleh as part of the lunch deal, and everything was full of flavour and well-prepared. The service was great too — the gentleman at the till was friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend this Cafe, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Benita Bakery is such a gem! They source their own coffee grounds, and you can really taste the quality in their food. The staff and owners are super friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and homey. Delicious food with a great range of freshly made sandwiches, pastries and cakes all done in store. Definitely worth a visit ❤️🌷

Fantastic! This is my favourite coffee shop in Islington. I come here a lot with my family and the range of sandwiches and salads they have never lets down. I can always tell the ingredients they use are fresh and everything is cooked with love and care, especially their daily soups, just wonderful! The other day I run out of battery when I was going to pay and they gave me the cappuccino I ordered anyway, they were so lovely. The staff is always really welcoming and I love the sitting areas they have at the back, so cosy. Would really recommend to anyone who visits Islington, love it!
