Do not come if you are looking for value for money and timely table service. We ate here as part of a group of 9 for our first visit to Hitchin The pub was empty, however, the delay for our food was lengthly and all came at separate times (some 30 mins later than the first) even though we ordered at the same time Our food was not good value for money - £8.75 for small plates for 3 pieces of cauliflower or for 5 halloumi fries (see picture below) or 4 small pieces of pork belly. Great place to go for food, very well presented. A range of around 30 cocktails to choose from, the one I took a photo of is called a Zombie, goes down well with the DJ playing great music on Friday night! Will defiantly visit this venue again. Highly recommend!
