shumail Rasheed★We ordered our food from Pepe’s at 5pm and didn’t receive it until 6:39pm. We were fasting, so the delay made it even worse. Waiting over an hour and a half is completely unacceptable. We called the restaurant to ask about our order and were told to “wait 5 minutes.” Instead, we were put on hold and left waiting for 20 minutes with no proper update. The lack of communication and poor customer service was extremely frustrating. If you can’t handle the volume of orders, you need to be honest about waiting times. Customers shouldn’t be left chasing their own order. Very disappointing experience

What made it worse is instead of being honest and saying “sorry, we forgot your order,” they tried to come up with an excuse about it taking long to grill a whole chicken. That’s not the point at all. The issue is the lack of organisation and honesty. People who came after me were served and left while I was still sitting there waiting. If a mistake happens, just be honest about it. Don’t make excuses. Very poor service. I don’t have many other options nearby so I might still come back, but this really n
