Unique cafe in an old library setting located at Manchester University. Wonderful atmosphere. The leek and potato soup was excellent followed by a lovely flat white and suberp espresso salted caramel brownie. Great service all round. Highly recommended.

I love this place, the best place in the town to work/meet. I sincerely recommend making a good coffee or bringing a good coffee vendor, that will change things dramatically. It’s feels such a waste to not have a great coffee with such great views. I also feel please keep the site open at least on Saturday as well. However a great coffee will definitely make this place perfect.

I tried this cafe for the first time today as a student looking for somewhere new to study - the location is beautiful but the service made me feel unwelcome. After sitting down a server informed me that to be there I had to order something - I apologised and said I will go order. I then went and ordered a hot chocolate which was nice. After finishing the hot chocolate somebody cleared it. I was then approached by the same server holding a coffee asking if I had ordered it - I said no as I had not ordered the coffee they were holding and they looked annoyed at me. Crystal, Calista, Chizurum, Jess, Udy, Joyce, Frankie, Jemima all deserve awards for the contribution they make to this cafe’s warmth ☀️ This is the best cafe on campus (and in Manchester). Thank you!
