Save you ££!!! I ordered a zinger box meal and they gave me the wrong items. The chicken fillet was dry, flat and old. No crust at all. Buns were flat, cold, and honestly looked garbage. I ordered gravy and they gave me rice instead. The wings were cold, not crispy at all. Very very poor quality probably the worst KFC I’ve ever had. Stale cold chips. Rice smell artificial. Would not recommend eating here at all. Better off going to the chicken shop SSS next door or other shops in ilford (Lakers, Chesters)You can see in the picture the quality of the chicken is atrocious. Very poor. Honestly th

I genuinely wish I could give 0 stars because this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The service was beyond unacceptable. The staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of resolving a simple app scanning issue, my kiosk order was cancelled without explanation and handled carelessly. I was made to feel uncomfortable and disrespected for no reason. The hygiene standards were disgraceful. The toilets were filthy, which immediately raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the entire branch. To make matters worse, the food was served cold

I called the restaurant regarding a just eat order and that i does not have an option to order any sauces. The man on the phone was so rude to me. He doesnt understand a thing I am saying and it telling me I have to order it with my meal. there was no option to add any sauces to the meal so I tried telling him. He just hung up the phone on me. I immediately cancelled my just eat order. I will never be ordering from them again. Absolutely horrendous customer service
