This is one of my favourite coffee chains in London and this new branch delivered the usual high standard. This branch doesn’t offer a full brunch menu as it is a bit smaller and hence the food only get a 4 star as there is no hot food options. However, staff were friendly, the atmosphere was lovely and our drinks were delivered quickly. We got two iced matcha drinks, one pistachio and one vanilla and both tasted great. This is the perfect spot to have a quick coffee and cake catch up.

I honestly love the food and coffee here! One of the best but the way they package their items for takeaway is horrendous 😭 this is the second time now. First time I had no words. The paper of the packaging was stuck on the sandwich and the employee tried to remove it off the sandwich for a couple minutes before putting it in a bag for takeaway thinking I wouldn’t notice. I then opened up the bag and found that it was inedible because of the paper all stuck to it!

Food is good but staff is rude, we’ve seen it as a pattern now multiple times. There’s one lady at billing, I guess she is senior - she’s mostly rude and dismissive to people. One incident a customer’s card was not going through and she offered cash- the billing lady shouted at her to hurry up. Sad to see someone being treated like that. We have stopped going altogether since we do not support such behaviour

Affordable, i recommend the Oreo milkshake or salted caramel milkshake, the people there are really sweet, the atmosphere is really calm and relaxing. Best cafe i have ever been too.
