The Adjarian Khachapuri was absolutely delicious – fresh, cheesy, and perfectly baked. We also ordered Chkmeruli (chicken in a creamy garlic sauce) and Chashushuli, a traditional Georgian beef stew. Both dishes were incredibly tasty, full of flavour, and very filling. I came quite hungry, but the meal was more than enough. Our server, Tamaz was amazing, they guided us skillfully with our order, and timed our courses perfectly. The food is delicious and comforting. It was as the first time myself of my freind had tried Georgian, and we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, some of the most popular dishes on the menu were not a good representation of traditional Georgian cuisine. Shashlik cooked in the oven instead of over an open fire? Chicken Tapaka served with cranberry sauce? Completely unrecognisable and very disappointing. The khachapuri was nice, but the pkhali were disappointing as well.
