Absolutely shocking. Service very poor. 40 mins to get 2 fish butties which blew the guys mind as he didn't understand that a chip butties is just the same but with chips so a fish buttie is basically the same but with a fish. To the guy who ordered a Ham Pizza and waited an hour , and they got it wrong 🤨 I feel you bro..❤️

Ordered first time in a long time from them used to be our go to take away but think ill look for a new place... we ordered an skyscraper but got no kabab on top our onion rings didn't get turned out to be a pineapple in batter!! Out of our full order only our loaded box, extra bag of chips and garlic sauce was right sorry guys but ya have lost a customer so not worth the price if you can't get things right!!...

Just ordered scampi & it was total greasy mush, he stated it was fresh however it was not not even in pieces, so clearly two people saw this before it was wrapped up! The haggis was also rotten it was in three bits, it smelt wrong & was uneatable, we will not be going back! 🤢 .. such a shame as the menu looks nice.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Primrose Pizza House was so poor that I feel it’s important to warn others. I ordered a carbonara and instead received a completely different dish – a spicy pasta with a spam-like meat in a red sauce. This was not even remotely close to what I ordered. When I rang to raise the issue, the customer service was appalling. I was told “that’s how we cook our pasta,” which is both dismissive and unacceptable.
