we ordered whole peri peri chicken and paid extra for service and delivery charges, which came to around £5. However, when the order arrived, instead of receiving a whole chicken, we only got 4 chicken legs. When we contacted to report the mistake, instead of arranging a replacement delivery, they simply told us that no driver was available and that if we wanted the whole chicken, we would have to come and collect it ourselves. This is completely unacceptable after already paying for delivery. The staff showed no responsibility for their mistake and offered very poor customer service. Custom

I've been having the wings meal and the fingers meal and they've been good. Today I tried the three piece chicken meal and I am NOT impressed. The chicken was grey and greasy, the coating thin and soogy. The pieces were a good size but spoilt by cooking and coating. I'm sure these used to be much better!
