This Marks & Spencer shop is trying, …. It’s not the biggest, it’s not the best but it saves you going into the larger mega stores. Plus … Marks & Spencer does have an extensive website where you can either get your ( stuff ) delivered to your home or to the store. However, that’s the clothing side of ‘Marks’ … the food side is brilliant ! Well stocked shelves and a wide range of products makes for easy shopping. Yes… it could do with a freshen up, but on the plus side …. Kilmarnock still has a store !!

The staff in the clothing department/checkouts are fantastic! Pamela, Sharon, Andy, Isobel, Carly, Fern, Michelle (to name just a few!) are consistently kind, patient, professional and super helpful. Excellent employees and ambassadors for the store.

Since the weather has got a lot colder I decided to buy a pair of pyjamas bottoms. I approached a member of staff who kindly showed me where they were. As I paid for them the girl at the desk was friendly and full of smiles. It means a lot to me when someone gives you that much appreciation. It's not that often your treated that way in shops today. I would recommend M&S to everyone.
