It was wonderful experience first time I went to Wendy’s, we traveled from Manchester as well, but everything was so wholesome. Staff are amazing, friendly, and welcoming, they were helpful and patient when I ask to change the kids toy, it means the world to me. Also they picked up the phone call when I called them twice before I came and I felt so welcome and can’t wait to visit them. Due to the heat wave today, staff also offered free ice cream which was the loveliest thing ever… I honestly love Liverpool and the people here. I would recommend everyone to come here:)))

I ordered halloumi as I am a vegetarian and dont eat meat...both my wraps were chicken. I feel sick, I bit into the wrap expecting my halloumi but turned out to be chicken. This is a serious safety issue as eating meat as a non meat eater can make you sick. I feel let down seriously.

Great food, best fast food restaurant in Liverpool. We travel from Southport to enjoy it. On this occasion we was also treated by Katie to a free Frosty as it was so warm, a lovely gesture that we all appreciated 🍔

This was my first and last visit to Wendy’s. The staff tried to serve me old food – the potatoes and the burger were not fresh. At the soda dispenser, the cola was mostly water (about 85% water and only 15% syrup). The location was in a very poor condition – there was dirt on the floor, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. The experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I expected.
