The best dim sum restaurant so far in Scotland. Doesn’t look like pre-made-ordered from factory but real homemade dim sum. Ordered few dim sum and a noodle: 023 pan fry radish cake 香煎蘿蔔糕: fair as it looks a very typical restaurant radish cake. The outside is little crispy to enjoy. If it is served with sweet sauce(甜醬）, that would be wonderful. I know I cannot ask more, here is Scotland. 028 prawn dumplings 蝦餃: the filling is not the traditional one as it doesn’t have bamboo but with some spring onions. The skin was loosely broken. Possibly due to re-steam or too hot steam in short time. All
